As soon as early labor begins you call me, I help you set up. Whether that’s hanging affirmations, inflating your birth pool, lining your bed with plastic or hanging up twinkle lights. Make a nutritious meal, Prepare water, honey, snacks, oils/tinctures etc.. for easy access throughout labor and postpartum. We can also talk through anything you think you may need to! I can also do brief clean up of your home or make a trip to the grocery store.

Birth is unpredictable so having a set In stone plan is not ideal. But creating a vision, deciding what is non negotiable, what decisions you’re going to make in each situation, what supplies you want to have and what you want your space to look like are all so important.

If you’re having an unassisted birth, birth clean up is not something you want to deal with. Let me brew your herbs, clean up from your bath, make you some stew and tea. You rest and I’ll take care of it.

Let me bring you stew, herbs, teas and help with all your freshly postpartum needs
